Adam's wanted, as always, to create a mix that is as low in carbohydrates as possible with as much high-density protein as possible and a delicious taste. And they succeeded!

For a long time, the Adam's team has been in the kitchen mixing, testing, throwing away and trying again but finally they managed to put together their most delicious gluten free low carb* pancake/waffle mix yet.

Adam's wanted, as always, to create a mix that is as low in carbs as possible with as much high-density protein as possible and a delicious taste. And they succeeded!

By using organic sunflower protein, Adam's enriches the pancakes with folic acid, vitamins E, B1 and B6 and high-quality polyphenols.
So make the most delicious pancakes yourself: put the mix in a bowl, add water, mix and bake.
Like all other Adam's mixes, this mix is made without soy.

Tip:

The fat and carbohydrate content of the mix has been kept as low as possible so the mix can also be used by customers who want to eat as low-fat as possible.
If the fat content is not that important to you (e.g. if you follow the protein diet or ketogenic diet) then you can add a few teaspoons of oil or butter to the mix. However, it is certainly not necessary to do so.
Also the pancakes are very tasty when they cool down, so ideal for your low carb meal prep!

One portion of Adam's pancakes (35 gr dough, 140 ml water) gives you 20,4 gr protein and only 2,6 gr carbohydrates.
One bag of Adam's Pancakes and Waffles mix will give you about 10 to 15 large pancakes or waffles, depending on the size of the pan or waffle iron.

* Low carb explained: the Adam's mix (prepared) contains only 2,6 gr of carbohydrates, normal pancakes contain 80 gr of carbohydrates.

Preparation

For low-carb pancakes:
mix one portion (35 g) with 140 ml water. Immediately spread the dough into a hot / greased pan and cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

For low-carb waffles:
Mix one portion (35 g) with 120 ml water and bake the dough in a preheated waffle iron.
