For a shake: Mix two level measuring spoons (25 grams) with 250 ml of vegetable milk (e.g. oat milk) in a shaker. Shake well and you're done! Also delicious in the blender, together with fresh fruit. Pour your shake or smoothie into an ice-cold glass.
