It contains 80% fewer carbohydrates than an ordinary slice of bread. Per slice of bread this means only 3,8 carbohydrates. The ingredients are a careful blend of seeds, rye and soya. And therefore rich in proteins and fibres. It contains no added sugars. It contains 3x more high quality protein and 3x more fiber than an ordinary slice of bread. This amounts to 7.1 grams of fiber per slice.
At 3 slices per day, this is 50% of the recommended daily fiber intake. You would have to eat 6 whole oranges to get this amount of fibre. The bread is very nutritious.
