Good filling protein meal with lots of taste. Nice for evening meal.
The Protein Dietimeal Spaghetti Bolognese is a good filling evening meal. He is easy to prepare and there is a lot of flavor.
It does not seem much what you have, but it fills very well.
If you make a salad with it you also have your vegetables, you can also stir fry vegetables through it.
(then first fry the vegetables and then the bolognese through it).

Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl, add 170ml boiling water and stir. Heat for 5-10min, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with stir-fried vegetables!
