Looking for a sauce to go with low-carb tortillas?
This sauce from Frontera is very tasty. It's made from green chili peppers (have no fear: it's "medium" in flavor) with roasted tomatoes and garlic.
Ideal for making your own Enchiladas (rolled tortillas in an oven dish with the sauce on the outside).
Of course you can also use it the classic way for your own low carb tortilla filling.
It's a 226 gr bag, per 30gr serving you get 1 gr net of carbohydrates. The entire bag contains only 8 gr net carbs.

What are Enchiladas?
A classic enchilada is a rolled up tortilla which you have filled with (possibly) minced meat / chicken and a lot of cheese.
You put this in an oven dish after which you pour the sauce on top with a little bit of cheese to gratinate in the oven.
