The low-carb sandwiches are easy to make yourself. You knead the mix, then divide the dough into 4 equal balls. Let the dough rise and then put it in the oven.
They are even more beautiful when you roll them through the bamboo fibers, so you get that nice rustic white layer on top. (Especially if you slice them before they rise)

The package contains 200 gr baking mix, good for 360 gr protein rich bread which fits in a low carb diet.

Preparation

You can easily make these low-carb sandwiches yourself using the following preparation:

Knead the baking mix with 230 ml of lukewarm water. Shape the dough into 4 equal-sized balls (this works best with the Adam's Bamboo fiber as an aid. Wipe excess bamboo fibre from the balls with your hand). Slightly slice the buns at the top and let them rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place.
Then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (hot air oven) for about 30 minutes.

This mix is not suitable for the bread machine.

You can keep the bread in the bread tin afterwards (NOT in a plastic bag!)

By trial and error we have the following storage tips for you:
Once the bread has cooled down you can easily store it for a day or 2 in a clean tea towel.
Roll up the bread in the same tea towel as you used to let it rise and store the bread on your countertop or in the cupboard.
The low-carb bread loses a little of its crispness this way, but it stays fresh for several days.
