With Konzelmann's Das Rustikale broodmix, you can make your own easy-to-prepare rustic bread with fewer carbohydrates.
Because it is a German bread, it is somewhat firmer than what we are used to in the Netherlands, but that is certainly not a negative thing.
The Das Rustikale has a rustic look and feel and contains very few carbohydrates (4.4 g per 100 g of bread).
It is easy to make by hand and to vary.
The package contains 250 gr of bread mix.
* Low carb bread means: less carbohydrates than a "normal" bread which on average has 45 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams.
Tip: Cut the bread into slices after preparation and freeze each slice. This way you can enjoy "fresh" bread longer.

Mix 200 ml water, 4 eggs and 250 gr cottage cheese (20% fat) until it's frothy. Now stir in the rustic bread mix and knead for a few minutes.
If you roll the bread in some fibres it will get a nice white "flour look".
