With the Konzelmann's Eiweiss Classic bread mix you can make an easy to prepare low carbohydrate bread yourself.

With the Konzelmann's Eiweiss Classic bread mix, you can make an easy-to-prepare low-carb bread yourself.
Because it is a German bread is somewhat firmer than what we are used to in the Netherlands, but that is certainly not a negative thing.

After preparation the bread contains 5,3 gr carbohydrates per 100 gr low carb bread. *
With this bread mix you can make a loaf of about 650 gr.

* Low carb bread means: less carbohydrates than a "normal" bread which on average has 45 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams.

Tip: Cut the bread into slices after preparation and freeze each slice. This way you can enjoy "fresh" bread longer.

Preparation by hand: In a bowl, mix 370g of mix with 420ml of lukewarm water using a mixer with dough hook or knead by hand for 5 minutes to form an even dough. Cover the bowl with a damp tea towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Carefully transfer the dough to an oiled baking tin and bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.


Ingredients: soyproducts (soyflour,soyflour,soy-protein),wheat-protein, linseed, sunflower seeds, whole wheatwheatflour,lupineflour, pea protein, wheat vegetable fibre, sea salt, yeast, yeast powder, malt flour.

May contain traces of other seeds.
