With this mix you can easily make your own pizza base. Top it with your favorite (low-carb) ingredients et voila: pizza during your diet.
The pizza contains 7.5 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams of preparation (compare that with a "standard" pizza!)
A pack contains 170 grams of baking mix, here you can make a low carb pizza of about 26 cm x 32 cm when you have rolled it out.

Knead pizza mix (170g) with 155g lukewarm water to a homogeneous dough, then leave in a warm place to rise for about 50 minutes. Roll out the dough thinly on an oven tray covered with baking paper (Tip: Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper). Place on top as desired. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees. After baking, brush the pizza thinly with olive oil.
