Fast, easy and low-carb

The special thing about our newest baking mix: there is no long wait. The "mild peasant bread" can be baked directly in the oven after preparation and comes out fully. For the preparation you only need three eggs (size M), water and some oil

Preparation

Preparation for 1 loaf of 210 g baking mix:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air or 200 degrees top and bottom heat.
  • Mix 280 g water, 3 eggs and 20 g oil (e.g. olive oil).
  • Add the baking mix and mix until no more powder is visible.
  • Form the dough into a loaf with damp hands, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cut lengthwise once. (Optionally, sprinkle the bread thinly with potato fiber.)
  • Bake the bread in the preheated oven, on the lowest ledge, for about 1.5 hours until done.
  • After baking, allow the bread to cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
  • Important: The oven door must not be opened during baking!

Tips for variation:

For a vegan bread: replace eggs with 90g ground flaxseed and 100g water.

For a nut and grain bread: Mix 100g of grains and nuts into the dough.

Almond flour blanched (34%), golden flax meal, coconut meal, psyllium husk, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate (E 500), sea salt, acidifier: (citric acid), thickener: (xanthan gum)
