You mix the mix with some water and oil and use it to bake 5-6 big wraps.
The good thing about this mix is that it doesn't contain any carbohydrates, only 2g of carbohydrates per wrap, and it also contains a lot of protein: 33g per wrap. This makes sure you'll feel satiated faster.

To make a wrap, simply knead 50 g of baking mix with 60 ml of water and, if necessary, 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil into dough. Sprinkle some Adams Basic bamboo fiber on the work surface and roll out the dough on it. Wipe off any excess bamboo fibre by hand, place the dough in a pan and fry until golden on both sides over a medium heat - top as desired and enjoy.
