One serving of cake mix (35 g) for pancakes/waffles, for example, provides you with 16 g of high-quality protein with only 1.7 g of carbohydrates.

Preparation

Cake base: Mix the whole baking mixture with about 420 ml water. Put the dough in a greased cake pan and bake for about 20 minutes at 160°C.

Pancakes: mix one portion (35 g) with 90 ml water. Immediately pour the batter into a greased pan and bake on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.

Waffles: mix one portion (35 g) with 80 ml water, pour the batter into a preheated, greased waffle iron and bake over medium-high heat.
