Preparation	For about 4 pancakes: 85 gr mix, 1 tablespoon oil, 120 ml water. Mix everything together well and bake. If you're making waffles, use 100 gr dry mix instead of 85 gr mix, it will make the waffles a bit thicker. A tip for when you are going to make the pancakes and waffles: Mix everything together and let it stand for a while, so the ingredients can bind together.
