With this lemon chia cake mix from Adam's make yourself a low-carb lemon cake with chia seeds because the mix contains much less carbohydrates than other cake mixes.
Per 100 grams of prepared cake contains this cake mix 3.2 grams of carbohydrates.

The lemon chia seed cake mix is the basis for a delicious lemon cake that is infused with chia seeds. The cake has a slightly firmer but still light consistency, you can also use it for low-carb muffins.
The mix is based on organic coconut flour, almond flour and whey protein. This makes the prepared cake also an instant protein-rich meal! (30,4 g of protein per 100 g).

With the cake mix you make a cake of 400gr, you can also use it to make low-carb muffins.
We advise to add some sweetener (like for example Steviala Kristal Sweet or Sukrin).

The Adam's Lemon Chia Cake Mix is also gluten-free, soy-free and has no added sugar but does have added fiber. Actually, we are very happy with that.

Preparation

Mix the baking mix with 300 ml water (add 1-2 tablespoons of baking oil if necessary). Immediately spread the dough into a cake or muffin tin and bake for approx. 35 minutes at 160 °C (hot air oven).
