This is Adam's pizza crust with fewer carbohydrates with yeast and no egg with 48 grams of protein and only 2.7 grams of carbohydrates and as always without soy.

Wheat protein combined with milk protein and organic golden linseed flour give a high biological value, i.e. they complement each other well with a good amino acid profile.
With the new Adam's bamboo fiber as an aid for rolling out the base, a delicious pizza base can be made very easily and quickly.
Spread some Adam's Basic Bamboo Fibre on your work surface and prepare the Adam's Pizzabodemix Avanti according to the preparation method. Then use a rolling pin to roll out a base of about 35 cm. This is easier if you rub the dough with extra bamboo fibre. Excess bamboo fiber can easily be wiped off the dough afterwards.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
