The gluten-free low-carb pizza crust from Adam's is very easy to prepare yourself: just knead, bake and fill as you prefer. (The baking mix contains no tomato sauce)
Adam's Fitnessfoods has improved their famous low-carb pizza crust mix.
Now even more flavor with less carbs and gluten free. The mix is now made so that you no longer need to add yeast.
The Adam's pizza crust is very easy to prepare yourself: just knead it, let it rise and spread it out as you like. (The baking mix does not contain tomato sauce)
The complete pizza base contains 6,4 grams of carbohydrates! (Excluding toppings of course)
The baking mix contains 150gr of flour. This makes a low-carb pizza base of 400 gr.

Add in a bowl the pizza mix and 220ml hand warm water (25 - 30 degrees). Knead this for 2 minutes by hand and put the dough evenly (1.5 cm thick) on a baking tray (with baking paper).
Place the baking tin in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Top the pizza. (Your imagination)
Place the pizza back in the oven and bake for about 7 to 10 minutes.
