Preparation in the microwave 1. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil (20 ml) and 5 tablespoons of soy drink (or alternative) into a cup. 2. Add 55 g of mug cake baking mix and stir well. 3. Preparing in the oven You can prepare the mug cake in two muffin tins or in a cup (mug) in the oven.
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C with top and bottom heat. Pour 2 tablespoons oil (20 ml) and 5 tablespoons soy drink (or alternative) into a small bowl. 2. Add 55 g mugcake baking mix and stir well. 3. Preparing in a cup/mug: Grease the cup with a little oil or margarine and put all the dough into the cup. Preparation in a muffin tin: Place two muffin tins in a muffin tin and divide the dough evenly between the two muffin tins. 4. Place the muffin tin or cup on an oven rack in the bottom third of your oven. Bake the cake/muffins for about 25-30 minutes. 5. Allow the cake to cool and enjoy warm. 6. Bon Lizzappetit!
Note: 55 g of baking mix yields a mug cake weighing approximately 105 g. Please note that, depending on the diameter of your cup, the baking time may be slightly shorter or longer. We used a coffee mug with a diameter of 7 cm and a height of 8 cm. Also make sure that your cup is heat-resistant and suitable for the oven.
