Mix 1 tsp Muscles 4 Breakfast into your cottage cheese, then toss in your oats/grains and fruit. The sweet chai flavour is also perfect for adding to banana bread or protein breads (1 big scoop), or just a small scoop to batter for 4 pancakes. Prefer it easy? Then use 1 tsp in your shake.
