The combination of rosemary and garlic, among others, gives you a Mediterranean flavor, but the paprika, cumin, chili, and nutmeg make it that much more exotic. Don't be afraid: this mixture is not spicy, but gives a deeper, slightly spicy flavor to all your dishes, without being overpowering. Simply throw a pinch over your potatoes or fries and you're done

Also delicious: try using Potatoes 4 Pimps on your eggs or in a quiche instead of salt to get that wow-feel

Instructions for using the spice mix

Use 1 tsp per person for the best seasoned fries or potatoes ever. Go for sweet potato fries for example:

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Wash the sweet potato well. You don't need to peel them, but wash them under the tap with, say, the coarse side of a scouring pad. Then cut the potato into thin strips. Throw them in a bowl with a dash of olive oil and 1 teaspoon per person of this spice mixture (for 1 sweet potato you get 1 tablespoon). Stir everything well so that there is some spice and oil everywhere.

Now spread the sweet potato fries on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for about 30 minutes. Flip them over halfway through and beware: they burn easily, because they're fanatical at this temperature. But hey, you want them crispy right?
