Preparation

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 210°C (top/bottom heat).
2. Knead the baking mixture with 300 ml of tap water.
3. Form the dough into a loaf, place on a wire rack lined with baking paper and let rest for 15 minutes.
4. Bake the loaf in the lower third of the oven for 60 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing.
