Mix 1 large tsp of Salad Parade with 50 ml of olive oil and leave to stand for 15 minutes, so that the herbs can soak into the oil and become soft in texture. Mix in some lemon or lime juice, some orange zest (or orange juice: you'll be surprised how awesome this is) and/or some honey to make your dressing extra flaming.
The winning team for Salad Parade consists of sesame, onion, mint, sea salt, hazelnuts, lemongrass, cumin, pepper, fennel and celery.
Like all our products our Salad Parade is a pure product, without added aromas, colourings and flavourings, because we don't think that's necessary at all. Our spices don't need any fuss or MSG, they are already tasty on their own!
