Baking with Sukrin coconut flour

Because coconut flour is very fibrous it will absorb moist ingredients very quickly. That is why there are a number of rules to keep in mind when baking with coconut flour.
First of all: because coconut flour is so absorbent, you can't just replace regular flour with coconut flour. Halve the amount of flour you want to use.
Second: double the amount of eggs that you normally use in your recipes.
Finally, mix your ingredients together gently. Add the flour very gradually. And be careful not to stir too much.
