About Chocolate cake mix

With this mix you can easily bake a delicious chocolate cake.
This delicious chocolate cake contains Sukrin instead of sugar and some of the flour has been replaced by almond flour. You can also bake muffins with this mix!

Information about the ingredients


Sukrin is a low-carbohydrate sweetener made entirely from the natural polyol erythritol, which is obtained from cornstarch.
It contains no artificial colours, additives or preservatives. It is naturally gluten free. It contains no carbohydrates and no calories


Sucralose is a sweetener that is 600 times sweeter than sugar. It is added in small quantities to enhance the flavour of Sukrin.

Potato starch

Starch from potatoes, this keeps the cake juicy and soft.

Vegetable fat powder

Vegetable fat powder consists of encapsulated coconut fat. The encapsulating agent consists of glucose, milk protein, stabiliser and anti-caking agent.

Fibres from chicory, almonds and coconut

Plant fibres are added for consistency and to increase the fibre level.


Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids. These are used to bind water to fat to give the cake a nice crust and consistency. The fat is vegetable.


Fiberfin is natural, gluten-free flour. Fiberfin has a beneficial effect on digestion, intestinal flora and the immune system

Almond flour

Flour of finely ground almonds.

Raising agents

Sodium bicarbonate, disodium phosphate are the ingredients of normal baking powder.



Citric acid

Citric acid is an acidity regulator. Citric acid also makes the cake rise.

Contents 410 g

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
2. Pour the mix into a large bowl and add 300 ml water, 3 eggs and 100 ml oil (e.g. sunflower oil).
3. Mix the ingredients using a whisk or mixer.
4. Grease a cake tin with a diameter of about 24 cm and pour the mix into it.
5. Bake the mix for twenty-five to thirty minutes in the middle of the oven.
Please note: the baking time may vary from oven to oven. Always prick the cake with a wooden stick before removing it from the oven. If the cake sticks to the stick, bake longer, until the mix doesn't stick to the stick anymore.
Tip: This mix is also great for making muffins. Makes 12 large muffins. Baking time will be slightly shorter.
